Phoenix Youth Theatre Food and Drink Art Trail
5th to 31st October
I read some articles on the Pheonix Youth Theatre and was impressed. They will have artwork from Phoenix Youth Theatre students and it will be on display at several locations throughout the Festival and up until 31st October. The artwork, a mixture of paintings and other forms of art, represent an interpretation of how the students see food and the different cultures associated with it.

Thorntons Chocolate Delight Night
11th and 15th October
A taste of chocolate heaven! The evening will include a talk on the history of Thorntons, a virtual factory tour, product tasting, quiz and activity - ice your own chocolate plaque. Refreshments will also be served and there'll be an opportunity to buy Thorntons products.

Wine Tasting and Cellar Tours

Bolton Beer Festival
10th to 14th October
At this year's well-established event, there'll be over 200 beers on offer, from all over the country, including a selection from Ireland and a lager bar with over 30 draught and bottled lagers. The admission charge includes a commemorative festival glass and programme and monies raised go to the Bolton Lads and Girls Club. Entertainment is on offer every night including Irish and jazz music. Food will also be available.
